Introducing… Elliot and Winston!

We had a fun Halloween extravaganza this year! First we went to the Gatlinburg Halloween costume contest! The Dyer family showed up in Alice and wonderland theme! Slappy was the Mad Hatter and Gam Gam the March Hare.

Logan was the caterpillar, Winston a card guard, Linzy the Cheshire Cat, Hank and Ollie Tweedledee and Tweedledum.

Marm, Gingy, and Grandpa (taking the pictures) went too! There were lots of neat costumes and fun trick-or-treating! We had a blast!

Trick-or-treating. I decided to push the stroller rather than carry Winston. We made it up and down our block.

When we got back, Logan had a carnival set up for us in the dining room! Our neighbors stopped by to play and we listened to the kids Halloween list on Amazon Music! All in all a good Halloween!

We have moved! Finally, I am done with training and starting my first real job in Johnson City!

New house and new adventure!

Elliot is having some trouble adjusting. He would really like the ice cream truck to stop by our new house. Also, he is sick. He changed some lyrics in a song the other day. The sublime song, “Lovin’ is what I got” now goes, “I got a dalmation, I can still get high, I can play the guitar like a (Elliot chimes in) HIPPOPOTAMUS!” Logan thinks there should be a really heavy guitar solo after that.

Winston is doing pretty well. He still likes to be held a lot. I think he likes the new place though. We went out to feed the ducks today and Logan gave Winston some bread crumbs for the ducks, which Winston ate! He’s a hungry boy!

Gingy and grandpa took the boys to Roan mountain earlier this week.

Charlotte came to visit us today!

Hopefully we will see a lot more of her now!

We had Winston’s first birthday party today. It was Hungry Caterpillar themed because we get to pick this time.
