Happy 3 months Winston!

You are still a pretty good sleeper. You get a good block of sleep that lasts until about 1am. You sit up well in your bumbo. You rolled front to back. You have moved (changed houses) twice. Crazy! We love you! Night night 🙂

Everything OK?

Logan, Elliot, and Gam Gam went to the Knoxville Zoo this week. Logan took some great pictures!

At first he only wanted to watch.

One day this week, Elliot and Logan came to get me at work for lunch. Elliot has of late been calling our house “daddy’s house. ” When they pulled up to the hospital to get me, Elliot exclaimed, “Mommy’s house!”

Logan took Elliot to the department store this week and discovered that Elliot has been wearing shoes a size and a half too small! When he thought back on it, Logan remarked, “I guess he was asking me,  ‘Feet OK? ‘”

Elliot’s second molars are coming in. He says, “Mouth OK?” Fortunately, they are pretty much in at this point, and his appetite and spirits are picking back up!

ME

Elliot has been saying “Me” recently and Logan did not know what he meant until a couple of days ago when he showed him a picture of us and Elliot pointed to me, as in “Mom-Me!” Yay!

I finally got to spend some time with the boy this weekend. Elliot and I even dressed the same!

Elliot and I went out for lunch yesterday at the cheesecake factory with some of my co-workers and their kids.

Elliot was pretty well behaved, but he was pretty tired by the time the meal was complete. We had to run out at one point late in the meal to get some stuff for Logan out of my car to give to Aunt Lisa. Elliot cried to stay with Aunt Lisa! He was ready to go. So we headed home for nap time, which ended up being rather short since he fell asleep in the car and woke some with the transfer to the crib.

As far as new baby tricks, Elliot recently started opening doors. As a result, many of the doors are now baby proofed.

Come on Ride the Train, and Ride it! Choo Choo!

If you feel like Grumpin’… It’s up to you!

Elliot has really been into trains lately. He loves watching Thomas on Netflix and playing with his take and play toy engines that he and his daddy have been collecting. This weekend, we took him to the Track in Pigeon Forge to let him ride the train.

He really likes watching these videos of himself on the train!

Slappy took a ride on a train with Elliot as well.

Today, Logan got Elliot a big table for his trains. Here is his reaction!

Little Grumpus goes to a Wedding Shower

Little Grumpus went to a shower,

His mommy threw for his Auntie.

She got a lot of presents,

Including a pair of panties!

Grumpus came to the party

Both hungry and sleepy.

His mommy fed til he was full,

And helped him get comfy.

While Grumpus slept his auntie opened

The presents, one by one.

And when he woke he helped auntie

Pick the gown that won!

Neither Teenage, Mutant, nor Ninja…

Look what daddy caught for baby E today!

I’m pretty sure he had no idea what to think!

Also, his favorite Gingy came to visit and bring mommy and daddy some beautiful furniture from Aunt Betty Lynn. We are so fortunate!

Elliot sat up in the booth at Gondolier (briefly) like a big boy!
