Someday you can tease me about missing your second burthday, but believe me, I’m not happy about it either. I miss you so much. We will have fun fun fun this weekend!
Here are some photos I got from your Gingy.

Elliot spent the last week at Gingy’s while Logan and I were on vacation. Here he is rearranging her bedding.

He got to go with Gingy to Montessori school, where they worked on letters and numbers some more. Elliot did very well with those, but not so great at being away from Gingy… He ended up spending the week with her and her older preschool kids!
Here he is at the McDonald’s playplace after a hard day of learning!

He was very happy to see us when we got back! I got the most wonderful hug! 🙂 Logan and Elliot spent some quality time together.

Now Elliot can do this!

Per Logan, Lisa commented on Monday that Elliot did not want to play… he just wanted to learn stuff!
Also, we had a good snow today!

Logan tried to get him to go outside but he cried about his boots and kept saying “shoe!” Then after about 30 seconds outside he said “malk choc?” cause he wanted to go inside for hot chocolate!
Logan tells me that today, when you read your alphabet book together, you got 20 of 26 letters right! Woah!
Here is Elliot’s new Twin bed!

Here are some photos of Elliot at New Years!

And here is Elliot chillaxing in 2014!

And here is Elliot during the Arctic Blast of 2014!

Also, here are some pictures from a b-day party we went to in November. Great times!

We spent Christmas eve with Logan’s family. Elliot had a great time visiting relatives and opening presents!

Elliot with Pappy and Juanita!
On Christmas day, we traveled from Knoxville to Tullahoma to visit my family!

Uncle Tom got some headphones, but the present ended up in Elliot’s pile, so he opened it. He was pretty confused.

Elliot and some penguin sunglasses!

Elliot and his Rockin’ Rider Pony!
We had Christmas with my dad’s family a few day later, complete with presents and a delicious meal!

We opened presents a little early. We did make it all the way to the first day of Winter this time for our family gifts and then Santa came on Sunday morning.
On the unseasonably warm first day of Winter, we sat by together to open some presents wrapped. Elliot had some of his favorite “Malk Choc” and I drank some spice tea. We exchanged a few gifts with the camera positioned enticingly on the piano keys.

He’s so sneaky…
Here are the bath paints in action as well as his new bath airplane.

The next day Santa came! Elliot got more trains, an RC Thomas, a Yo Gabba Gabba boom box, some Seasme Street dolls, a toy piano with two octaves and working black keys, and a drum kit!

Per request, here are the first few of minutes of Elliot enjoying his presents.

We watched his Monsters University movie in spurts later that day. Logan and I were enjoying it, having watch the first one many years ago, but Elliot kept leaving. I ended up setting him up with his favorite youtube channel, Coilbook with Shawn the Train. As soon as the movie was over, Elliot came back in the room and hugged me! Were the monsters scaring him? It had not really occurred to us that they might! So we practiced Roaring to lighten the mood of the situation.

I used this pattern for the mermaid costume and this pattern for the crown!
Also, happy 1 week to Charlotte!
We are so excited for Linzy and Ian! Happy birthday Charlotte Olivia!

Elliot can’t wait to play with his first first cousin!

Also, at 5 lbs 4 oz, Elliot is literally 5 times bigger than Charlotte! And if I am 5 times bigger than Elliot, then that makes me 25 times bigger than Charolotte. Wow! Charlotte is 4% my size! That’s tiny!
